You can always e-mail us at [email protected] to ask any questions. E-mails will be answered anywhere between 5 minutes and one hour during normal business hours. Maximum 24 hours.
You can also join the IRC channel for community support. The easiest way to connect to IRC is through Mibbit, a web-based IRC client. You can access it simply by clicking here. If you have an IRC client installed you can connect to irc.dayz.st channel #dayz.
We have a very active twitter account which we use to post news updates and respond to general inquiries. You can follow us at @dayzdotst. Give us a shout on twitter if you have any simple questions you would like to ask the support team. You will generally receive a response within a few hours.
